At Sleeper Build, we prepare fresh, made-to-order food for every customer. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

No Returns

All food products purchased from Sleeper Build are non-returnable. Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, it cannot be returned.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, missed deliveries, or failure to receive an order due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

However, if you receive an order that is incorrect, damaged, spilled, or has a significant quality issue, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We will review the issue and, at our discretion, provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Incorrect or Missing Items

Order Cancellation

Because our meals are prepared fresh, cancellation requests must be made before your order enters preparation. Once preparation has started, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used for the order. The time taken for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or bank.
